We registered scargiali.it in the company's name: the domain is now its own, no longer
tied to an agency or a site-builder subscription. The site is built around the projects, with full-screen photography and
drone footage in the colours of the logo, brick red and green.
Each of the 12 projects has its own page: churches and monasteries, historic palazzi,
farmhouses, boutique hotels, a new build and the sites still under way. Every page tells
the history of the building and what the company did, with before and after, photos and
video from the site, the name of the architect and, for some, time-lapses of the works. Anyone
assessing the company sees the finished work and how it was done.
One page is dedicated to the restoration of buildings listed by the Soprintendenza, the
work that sets the company apart, with the seven protected projects. Another gathers the
qualifications (SOA OG1 and OG2, ISO 9001, Cassa Edile Awards), useful to public clients,
religious bodies and professionals who have to check them before awarding a job. The
method and services pages explain how a project runs, from the surveyor's site visit to
handover.
The whole site is also in English, because many farmhouses in the area are bought and
restored by clients from abroad. Enquiries from the contact form reach the company by
email from the scargiali.it domain, ready to reply, call back or answer on WhatsApp, and
Cloudflare's bot check keeps spam out. The «Work with us» page collects applications
with the CV attached.
To be found, every project has structured data, the site has a sitemap and is registered
in Search Console, and we created and verified the company's Google Business Profile,
which did not exist before, with project photos, services and opening hours. Pages are
kept light so they open quickly on a phone, even from a building site.
